Abciximab Side Effects Report #5677426-1
Abciximab side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Mar 18, 2008. Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with percutaneous coronary intervention and was treated with Abciximab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, akinesia, epigastric discomfort, gastroenteritis radiation, haemoglobin decreased, hypotension, in-stent coronary artery restenosis, prothrombin time prolonged, rectal haemorrhage. Abciximab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, INOTROPES, FLUIDS, HEAPRIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Abciximab side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Oct 23, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Abciximab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac tamponade, hypotension, mitral valve incompetence. Abciximab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, CLOPIDOGREL, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
