Acamprosate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 29, 2008. Female patient, 39 years of age, was treated with Acamprosate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholangiolitis, coagulation factor v level decreased, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis fulminant, ill-defined disorder, liver disorder, liver transplant
, prothrombin level decreased. Acamprosate dosage: 999 MG (333 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, SEROPRAM, SEGLOR, VALIUM, STILNOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
