Accolate side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 18, 2002. Female patient, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ageusia, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, eye haemorrhage, hepatic function abnormal, malaise, platelet count decreased, tremor. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPIROPENT, PROGRAF, THEOLONG, FLUTIDE, BIOFERMIN R, SELBEX, MEDROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Accolate dosage: 40 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 11/24/2001.

Accolate dosage: 2 X 20 MG TABLETS DISPENSED FOR SEVEN DAYS TREATMENT. Patient died on 04/28/2002.
