Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 210.1 lb, was diagnosed with asthma  and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contusion, headache , loss of consciousness, nausea . Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GEODON, PAXIL, CELEXA, CELEBREX, NEXIUM, SYMBICORT, XANAX. Patient recovered.
