Accolate side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 25, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma , insomnia, osteoporosis , hypertension and was treated with Accolate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, cholelithiasis, heart rate decreased, hepatic atrophy, hepatitis , liver disorder, pleural effusion, respiratory arrest, restlessness. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HALCION, ONEALFA, MUCODYNE, SILECE, NORVASC. Patient died on 04/29/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthma , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver disorder. Accolate dosage: 4 MG DAILY PO. Patient died on 05/11/2002.
