After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: overdose, self injurious behaviour, suicidal ideation. Accolate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LERECA, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
