Acetadote side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 27, 2006. Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with overdose and was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, depressed level of consciousness, hepatic failure, infusion related reaction, renal failure, urticaria, wheezing. Acetadote dosage: 500 MG ONCE IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with POTASSIUM PHOSPHATES, LACTULOSE, PROMETHAZINE, PANTOPRAZOLE, PHYTONADIONE. Patient recovered.

Acetadote side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 21, 2005. Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 116.8 lb, was treated with Acetadote. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, hepatic trauma, hypotension, renal failure, rhabdomyolysis, vomiting. Acetadote dosage: unknown. Patient died on 12/06/2004.
