Acetazolamide side effect was reported by a Health Professional from KOREA, REPUBLIC OF on July 10, 2008. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with spinocerebellar ataxia and was treated with Acetazolamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ataxia , condition aggravated, dysarthria, hyperammonaemia, metabolic acidosis, metabolic encephalopathy, nystagmus. Acetazolamide dosage: 250 MG FOUR TIMES A DAY, ORAL. Patient recovered.
