Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with asthma , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Acetylcysteine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: oesophageal carcinoma, off label use. Acetylcysteine dosage: 600MG PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DEXTROSE. Patient recovered.
