Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Aciphex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling abnormal, hypertension, inflammation, lung disorder. Aciphex dosage: 20 MG, ORAL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with REGLAN, HCTZ, LIPITOR, ALLEGRA, THEODOR, VERAPAMIL, LASIX. Patient died on 11/15/2005.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
