After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Aciphex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, PLAVIX, LASIX, ISOSORBIDE, LANTIS, HYDOCODONE. Patient died.
