Female patient, 81 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis postmenopausal, hypercholesterolaemia, prophylaxis, tinnitus  and was treated with Aclasta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , c-reactive protein increased, chills, concomitant disease progression, deafness bilateral, dyspnoea, fall , fibrin d dimer increased, gait disturbance. Aclasta dosage: 5 MG, ONCE YEARLY. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN D, LIPANTHYL, TANAKAN, SECTRAL. Patient recovered.
