Actilyse side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Jan 27, 2004. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Actilyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctival haemorrhage, corneal disorder, coronary artery disease , exophthalmos, eye haemorrhage, eye movement disorder, eye swelling, nausea , ocular discomfort. Actilyse dosage: 10 MG, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, HEPARIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
