Actilyse side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 24, 2005. Male patient, 78 years of age, was treated with Actilyse. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, electromechanical dissociation, puncture site haemorrhage, urethral haemorrhage. Actilyse dosage: 100 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN CALCIUM, SALICYLIC ACID, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient died on 01/26/2005.
