Adagen side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Jan 12, 2007. Female patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 36.38 lb, was diagnosed with combined immunodeficiency and was treated with Adagen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , benign intracranial hypertension, blood immunoglobulin e increased, coombs test positive, haemolytic anaemia, papilloedema. Adagen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, IMMUNOGLOBULINS, ZOVIRAX, DIFLUCAN. Patient recovered.

Adagen side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Feb 13, 2009. Male patient was diagnosed with combined immunodeficiency and was treated with Adagen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coombs test positive, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemolytic anaemia, tachycardia. Adagen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPICIN, ISONIAZID, ETHAMBUTOL, BACTRIM, FLUCONAZOLE, CEFTAZIDIME, CLARITHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/12/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, coombs test positive, epilepsy . Adagen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPHOTERICIN B , IMMUNOGLOBULINS, ACYCLOVIR, COTRIMOXAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
