Adefovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 24, 2005. Male patient, 55 years of age, weighting 147.9 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b What is  hepatitis b, cognitive disorder, hiv infection What is  hiv infection and was treated with Adefovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anion gap increased, asthenia, atelectasis, bacteria urine identified, bilirubin urine, cells in urine, coordination abnormal, fall What is  fall, haemangioma of liver. Adefovir dosage: 10 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, SELEGILINE, SELEGELINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SELEGELINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ZIAGEN, SUSTIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Adefovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on May 22, 2008. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was treated with Adefovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, ascites, asthenia, blood amylase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, encephalopathy. Adefovir dosage: 10MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/22/2003.
