Adipex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 27, 2008. Female patient, 30 years of age, weighting 153.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight control  and was treated with Adipex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, anxiety , panic attack. Adipex dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
