Adipex side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 11, 2005. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 163.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight control What is  weight control and was treated with Adipex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal, insomnia, tachycardia, vomiting. Adipex dosage: 37.5 MILLIGRAM QD; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, GLUCOPHAGE, AVALIDE, PRAVACHOL. Patient recovered.
