Aflibercept side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 22, 2008. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 225.1 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritonei and was treated with Aflibercept. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, pulmonary embolism , syncope. Aflibercept dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXEL, CISPLATIN, FLUOROURACIL, NEXIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/07/2007.
