Male patient, child 6 years of age, weighting 45.00 lb, was diagnosed with dental plaque and was treated with Agent. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis bacterial, staphylococcal infection , therapeutic product contamination, tooth loss, transmission of an infectious agent via a medicinal product. Agent dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
