Aldactazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 15, 2007. Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with essential hypertension, psychotic disorder , dysthymic disorder, epilepsy  and was treated with Aldactazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood sodium decreased, fall , hyponatraemia. Aldactazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERDAL, HYZAAR, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE, CELECTOL, TEGRETOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with ear pain and was treated with Aldactazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall , haematoma, loss of consciousness, musculoskeletal chest pain. Aldactazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTARENE LP. Patient recovered.
