Alemtuzumab Side Effects Report #6125553-7
Alemtuzumab side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Mar 16, 2009. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia recurrent and was treated with Alemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coagulopathy, convulsion, disseminated cytomegaloviral infection, encephalitis , hepatic failure, hepatitis , herpes simplex , influenza like illness, leukopenia. Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/18/2008.

Alemtuzumab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, TAVEGIL, PREDNISOLONE, ACETAMINOPHEN, KEVATRIL, DEXAMETHASONE, UROMITEXAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/12/2008.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/12/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, ONCOVIN, HYDROXYLDAUNORUBICIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISONE, NEUPOGEN, PENTAMIDINE ISETHIONATE, ACYCLOVIR. Patient died on 05/10/2007.
