After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic bruit, asthenia, blood pressure increased, pyrexia. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, INSULIN. Patient recovered.
