Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with thromboangiitis obliterans, arterial occlusive disease and was treated with Alprostadil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial occlusive disease, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Alprostadil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ABBOKINASE, WARFARIN, MECOBALAMIN, AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, LOXOPROFEN, FAMOTIDINE, VALSARTAN, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
