After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, blood urea nitrogen/creatinine ratio increased, c-reactive protein increased, decreased appetite, dehydration, malaise, pyrexia, renal disorder. Ambisome dosage: 132 MG UID/QD UNK. During the same period patient was treated with MUCODYNE, SINGULAIR, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, PURSENNID, CANDESARTAN CILEXETIL, PARIET, ASPIRIN, ZYLORIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
