Male patient, 42 years of age, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with visceral leishmaniasis and was treated with Ambisome. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatitis acute, pyrexia, renal failure. Ambisome dosage: 200.00 MG, UID/QD; INTRAVENOUS (SEE IMAGE). During the same period patient was treated with PIPERACILLIN, EPIVIR, SUSTIVA, KALETRA, AZITHROMYCIN, PYRIMETHAMINE, LEDERFOLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
