After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatotoxicity, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, zygomycosis. Ambisome dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NOXAFIL, MEDROL, THEOPHYLLINE, ZOVIRAX, LOSEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/29/2007.
