Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with respiratory tract infection and was treated with Ampicillin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall What is  fall, pseudomembranous colitis, shock. Ampicillin dosage: unknown. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression What is  depression, diarrhoea, diet refusal, disorientation, dizziness What is  dizziness, face oedema, fall What is  fall, feeling drunk, hallucination. Ampicillin dosage: 3.222 MG, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
