Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma What is  multiple myeloma and was treated with Anaesthetics. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone disorder, endodontic procedure, gingival atrophy, gingival injury, gingival swelling, infection What is  infection, oral discomfort, osteomyelitis acute, osteonecrosis What is  osteonecrosis. Anaesthetics dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOMETA, DOXIL, VINCRISTINE, NEULASTA, DEXAMETHASONE, PREDNISONE, ATENOLOL, PRILOSEC. Patient recovered.
