Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia, myelofibrosis and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, myelofibrosis, platelet count increased, therapeutic response delayed, thrombocytopenia. Anagrelide dosage: 1.0 MG AM AND 2.0 MG EVENING, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with HYDREA, ACETYLSALICYLATE LYSINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
