Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia and was treated with Anagrelide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, autoimmune disorder, effusion, pericarditis, polyarthritis, renal impairment, synovitis. Anagrelide dosage: 1 MG, 2X/DAY:BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ALLOPURINOL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, ATENOLOL, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, DIGOXIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
