Apixaban side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Apr 04, 2007. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Apixaban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemorrhoidal haemorrhage. Apixaban dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, ISCOVER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
