Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Apokyn. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, gait disturbance, pain in extremity, somnolence. Apokyn dosage: 0.2 ML QD SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with SINEMET, MIRAPEX, SELEGILINE, TIGAN, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
