Apomorphine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 10, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apomorphine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolytic anaemia, jaundice . Apomorphine dosage: 60 MG;QD;SC. During the same period patient was treated with CARBIDOPA AND LEVODOPA, PRAMIPEXOLE, OLANZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, haemolysis, jaundice . Apomorphine dosage: 60 MG; QD; SC. During the same period patient was treated with MADOPAR, PRAMIPEXOLE, OLANZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Apomorphine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, aspartate aminotransferase increased, coombs test positive, jaundice , platelet count increased, refusal of treatment by patient, reticulocyte count increased, white blood cell count increased. Apomorphine dosage: 60 MG QD SC. During the same period patient was treated with MADOPAR, PRAMIPEXOLE, OLANZAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
