Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with anaemia, portal vein thrombosis, vitamin d deficiency, congenital hypothyroidism, multiple myeloma  and was treated with Aranesp. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, arteriovenous fistula, blood calcium decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood phosphorus decreased, haemoglobin decreased, leukopenia, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased, renal failure acute. Aranesp dosage: 300 UG/ML, QMO. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, THALIDOMIDE, ZOMETA. Patient recovered.
