Artist Side Effects Report #5059809-6
Artist side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 20, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Artist. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, cardiogenic shock. Artist dosage: 2.5MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ETIZOLAM, PILSICAINIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, HEPARIN, VASOLAN, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient died.

Artist dosage: 320MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, OLMETEC, ADALAT, DIOVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
