Ascorbic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on June 16, 2008. Male patient, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism , hypertension and was treated with Ascorbic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, cardiac fibrillation, cardio-respiratory arrest, road traffic accident. Ascorbic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KYTRIL, ATIVAN, COMPAZINE, COUMADIN, AMBIEN, NORVASC, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, FLUOROURACIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/02/2008.
