Atovaquone side effect was reported by a Physician from on Dec 17, 2004. Female patient, 17 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with malaria prophylaxis, neurocysticercosis, epilepsy What is  epilepsy and was treated with Atovaquone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral parenchymal calcification, complex partial seizures, computerised tomogram abnormal, convulsion, status epilepticus. Atovaquone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAZIQUANTEL, EPILIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
