Atra side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 13, 2008. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 210.5 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Atra. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemorrhage, hypotension, lung infiltration, renal failure, respiratory failure, retinoic acid syndrome, troponin increased. Atra dosage: 50 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with IDARUBICIN, BENZONATATE, ALLOPURINOL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, LOVASTATIN, DEXAMETHASONE, SOTALOL, IRBESARTAN. Patient recovered.
