During the same period patient was treated with BETA BLOCKING AGENTS, OXYCONTIN, ACYCLOVIR, ERGOCALCIFEROL, ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM, FLUCONAZOLE, HYDROCORTISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
