Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 160.1 lb, was diagnosed with gastrooesophageal reflux disease and was treated with Axid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , oedema mouth, swelling face, throat tightness. Axid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XANAX. Patient recovered.
