Azactam and creatinine renal clearance decreased Patient Reports February 09, 2010

Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Nov 24, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , endocarditis  and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, creatinine renal clearance decreased, dermatitis bullous, multi-organ failure, pneumonitis, rash , toxic skin eruption. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, GENTAMICIN, CIFLOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/21/2005.
