Azactam side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 18, 2007. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, mental impairment. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILANTIN, FENTANYL TRANSDERMAL SYSTEM, VICODIN, IBUPROFEN, FLEXERIL, ATIVAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
