Azadose side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Mar 02, 2007. Male patient, 42 years of age, was treated with Azadose. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatitis , lactic acidosis, pancreatitis. Azadose dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIDEX, NORVIR, EPIVIR, FUZEON, COMBIVIR, CORTANCYL, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
