Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 274.9 lb, was diagnosed with eye infection  and was treated with Azasite. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ectropion, erythema, eye swelling, hypersensitivity, vision blurred. Azasite dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROTONIX, CYCLOBENZAPRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SUDAFED, GENTEAL. Patient recovered.
