Azilect side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Mar 05, 2007. Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Azilect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, condition aggravated, depression What is  depression, gun shot wound, intentional self-injury. Azilect dosage: 1 MG (1 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, ESCITALOPRAM OXALATE. Patient died on 09/18/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide. Azilect dosage: 1 MG, ORAL. Patient died.
