Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 154.0 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Azmacort. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , myalgia. Azmacort dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , coma, device failure, dizziness , dyspnoea, heart rate increased. Azmacort dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROVENTIL, SEREVENT, SINGULAIR. Patient died on 01/24/2005.
