Female patient, weighting 110.1 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma  and was treated with Azmacort. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device malfunction, dyspnoea, myocardial infarction. Azmacort dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DECLINED LIST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
