Baclofen side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Feb 27, 2008. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity and was treated with Baclofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood sodium increased, blood urea increased, grand mal convulsion, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, no therapeutic response, respiratory alkalosis. Baclofen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXAZOSIN, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, BROMAZEPAM, DIPYRONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
