Basiliximab Side Effects Report #5073482-2
Basiliximab side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 19, 2006. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Basiliximab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling hot, lymphoproliferative disorder, metastases to lung, t-cell lymphoma. Basiliximab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling hot, lymphoproliferative disorder, metastases to lung, t-cell lymphoma. Basiliximab dosage: 20 MG ONCE/SINGLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/26/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: feeling hot, lymphoproliferative disorder, metastases to lung, pneumonitis chemical, t-cell lymphoma. Basiliximab dosage: 20 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, MEDROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/26/2006.
